I almost commented that there is no evidence that this is actually in Taiwan...until I saw the reflection of the sign in his side windows. Scary drivers! But, I've heard of the same stuff everywhere else too (equally distracted drivers). Someday, when the Google car is released (http://youtu.be/-nYhKD8leAg) this won't be a problem at all:)
